We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - Data Migration & Integration Specialist:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives.Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and documented data mapping requirements for target systems.Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to maintain data integrity and quality.Work with technical teams to design, document, and implement data migration scripts, procedures, and tools.Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness post-migration.Conduct testing cycles, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to verify successful data migration.Serve as a liaison between business users, project custodians, and technical teams to ensure clear communication.Build reports and dashboards across multiple objects, deliver KPIs, and apply knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.Provide training and support to end users on new data structures and systems post-migration.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration and integration projects.Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.Expertise in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.Experience in building reports and dashboards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.
