Staff Accountant- Gdl Only- US GAAP

The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance team to prepare financial statements, manage the general ledger, and assist with audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and various reports for management review.
• Ensure accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Conduct various analyses on financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting role with a focus on US GAAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
