Within Amazon Flex we are rapidly growing as we stand up new business models to facilitate rapid growth for Amazon. This role affords an opportunity to work on the cutting edge of innovation, while facilitating creation of new business models.

As the Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business, you will own developing new business opportunities to utilize the Flex delivery partner network. To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including data science, technology, operations, and marketing.

Key job responsibilities
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on all strategic new business initiatives.
  • Support new product and program launches including working with other programs and product management team leaders that wish to leverage Flex as a last mile solution.
  • Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.- 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Fluent in Spanish and English- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
