About the role:

The Business Support & Commercial Servicing Account Manager is responsible to manage a commercial customer portfolio mitigating the credit risk involved on them while contributing on their development, promoting the generation of new business opportunities and anticipating needs and requirements.

This position is responsible to generate and analyze the corporate and strategic information of the area, providing the needed insights to facilitate the monitoring and decision-making process by stakeholders, including presentations, processes enhancements and ongoing monitoring reports, among others.

What you need:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
  • At least +3 years credit analysis experience required.
  • Ability to analyze and make appropriate financial recommendations.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, in both Spanish and English languages.
  • Good presentation skills; ability to conduct working sessions with internal and external clients including executive levels.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure while keeping a high decision quality.
  • Proactivity and initiative.
  • Oriented to complete task and objectives.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible to manage a pool of commercial customers accounts understanding their business requirements while maintaining an alignment with corporate policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and budget business plan.
  • Analyze financial metrics and operating performance of commercial accounts.
  • Negotiate the proposed terms and conditions provided by the Commercial Risk area through the annual or interim credit reviews.
  • Maintain a close communication with the portfolio of dealers, anticipating needs and promoting an environment of new business opportunities generation, while taking care of credit risk.
  • Responsible for fulfilling the service level agreements established along available products and services.
  • Maintain a proper follow up over established action plans recommended in the credit reviews to enhance customer financials and /or operating results.
  • Support the administration of commercial accounts including presentations, dashboards, processes enhancements and monitoring reports.
  • Responsible to coordinate and provide information over internal and external requirements including Business Continuity Plan, BPMS, Business Plan, Operational Excellence projects within the area, among others.
