Global HR Information Management Manager
Responsabilidades:
We’re looking for Global HR Information Management (HRIM) Manager to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you’ll focus on both employee core data management, and employee services knowledge ensuring HR-related information is optimized, accessible, and applied effectively within our service center business unit (SCBU) organization.You'll lead the strategic planning and execution, while also driving key enterprise initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experiences, boosting operational efficiency, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing!
- Lead and mentor a team of HRIM professionals and administrators, providing mentorship, training, and professional development.
- Ensure the development and implementation of HRIM strategy and initiatives that improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making across the HR department and organization.
- Act as the primary business collaborator and decision maker for design, implementation, and management of HRIM, partnering with agile teams to ensuring the system meets organizational needs and maintains data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Lead initiatives to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration, applying tools such as employee services portals, intranets, and business applications.

Requisitos:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing shared services, data management, or knowledge management.
- Extensive experience managing HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM, ADP, iCIMS) and knowledge management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives in both data management and knowledge sharing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead global teams, mentor staff, and build a collaborative work environment.
- Expertise in HR data systems, knowledge management practices, and data tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights and knowledge management strategies to senior leadership and across departments.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HRIP, CKM, CIPP, CDMP) are a plus.
Información Adicional:
Hours
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Working hours for this role are based around US Central Time Zone core business hours 8:00am - 4:00pm with some flexibility within other Western Hemisphere time zones.
This role provides leadership for global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
