Sr. Program Manager, SX, Seller Experience LATAM - Ciudad de México
The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction and raising the bar in processes for verification. This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relation with stakeholder teams, and being the main POC for verification-related themes in the Amazon Marketplace Latam org.
The candidate must be a strong leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. The individual must have experience in program management, and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across other the organization.The Program manager must work well cross-functionally and culturally and will often present to senior leadership reports on progress and improvements.

Key job responsibilitiesConsolidating roadmap of program improvements, driving frequent reviews with stakeholders
Creating/overseeing reports of metrics and impact of current seller registration and verification experience
Provide support materials to internal teams with seller contact
Keep external and internal teams communicated about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
Own and write business reviews and callouts regarding verification experience to senior leadership
Influence and define local product roadmap for features in Verification Experience in Mexico
A day in the life
In the role, the PM will be expected to bridge gaps in experience by syncing with stakeholder teams frequently (account management; verification operations; tech product management). They will also drive frequent working sessions with groups for solutions of pressing issues.
The PM will have knowledge of reports and oversee/manage issues brought by metrics, and will show timely effectiveness in problem mitigation.- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
