Team Overview:

El Team Leader de KYC es responsable de manejar un equipo de Auditores de KYC, estará supervisando el día a día de la operación, asegurando el cumplimiento a nivel Compliance y Regulatorio; liderarando al equipo a través de la debida diligencia del cliente, escalando problemas potenciales que pongan en riesgo al proceso y a la Compañía.

Asegura que se cumplan los estándares de Calidad fomentando una cultura de mejora continúa dentro del Equipo.

Principales responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del SLA.
  • Sesiones de Coaching & Feedback con el equipo.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con la Política de KYC en todo momento para poder apoyar al equipo.
  • Realizar monitoreos diarios sobre casos cerrados.
  • Realizar monitoreos side by side para identificar mejoras en el momento.
  • Comunicación efectiva y asertiva.
  • Fomentar la colaboración así como una cultura positiva de trabajo.

Role Responsibilities:

  • A cargo de un equipo de 10 a 15 Agentes.
  • Realizarás análisis sobre los principales KPI´s para implementar estrategias de trabajo.
  • Impulsar los cambios de manera positiva.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de Compliance.
  • Sesiones de Coaching & Feedback.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Colaboración en Equipo, Peers.

Role Qualifications:

  • 3+ años de experiencia y 1 años o más en el puesto de Team Leader dentro de la misma empresa.
  • Manejo del personal mas de 60 personas a cargo.
  • Conocimiento de terminos legales relacionados con organismos reguladores de KYC para Fintech.
  • Conocimiento de onboarding de cuentas nuevas (KYC) para Fintech.
  • Licenciatura o preparatoria, trunca o terminada.
  • Desarrollo de Reportes a nivel Dirección para entrega de resultados y proyección (forecast).
  • Creación de horarios con base a capacity plannning.
  • Seguimiento a Team Leaders, Cumplimiento y conocimiento de KPI's (Majeno de 3 o más Team Leaders).
