Community Manager -English/Spanish *CDMX*

Overview:

The Bilingual Community Manager will oversee and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business). They will be responsible for driving engagement, building the online community, and analyzing performance.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, this role requires close collaboration with marketing to align strategies and campaigns. The position is in-office, with a competitive salary and benefits above the law.

Onsite job in Virreyes, Interlomas -CDMX

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and alignment with brand goals.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, using metrics to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics tools, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business).
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversion (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising strategies for social media (optional but beneficial).
