Important German company in the industrial sector, with more than 20 years of experience in the market, is looking for your talent as a Sales Director.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technic or engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Experiences in injection molding technology (f.e. plastic parts with metals inserts).
  • Advanced understanding of product calculation and costing.

Main activities:

Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Responsible for marketing as trade shows, exhibitions, etc

Project Management:

  • Supervise the project management team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Implement and optimize project management processes and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
