Website and Content Marketing Manager, Seller Marketing
This role will own our seller-facing websites and registration starting points.
You will design, build, and own the execution of the content and experimentation strategy for our websites, helping to drive registrations of new sellers on Amazon, and increase programs awareness. And you will collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to build the experimentation strategy for Paid and Free acquisition channels (e.g., Paid Search/SEM, Free Search/SEO).
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, self-starter, with strong customer focus and project management skills, used to working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The candidate has proven success of creating content, testing and launching new tactics, measuring results, and optimizing performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.
Key job responsibilities- Designing and driving experiments to improve conversion across the website.
- Owning content strategy and production for seller blog and newsletter.
- Building deep understanding of the seller ecosystem by conducting surveys and UX research, with obsessive understanding of new opportunities.
- Leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Work with central product teams for driving technical improvements and new features roadmap for the website.
- Working with a team of outsourced headcounts from India responsible for manual tasks.
- Working closely with product, program, and business stakeholders to create and maintain website pages for programs, events, and educational content.- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Bachelor Degree
- English proficiency: Fluent (written and spoken)- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
