Associate Attorney at BairesDev

As an Associate Attorney at BairesDev, you will provide legal support to various departments and business operations. Youll research and analyze legal issues, draft and review contracts and agreements, help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assist with legal matters under the supervision of senior legal counsel.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Research and analyze legal issues affecting the companys operations.
• Prepare legal memoranda and provide counsel on compliance matters.
